Here are a few tips for starting the Day Empowered
Wake up 30min to an hour earlier. Practice taking your time, not rushing through the morning.
-Take 5–10 min to breathe deeply
-Drink water or herbal tea
-Do a few simple yoga poses or light stretching
-Practice mindfulness. Notice your thoughts and gently bring yourself into the present moment.
-Shift your Inner Narrative. If you’re experiencing negative and heavy thoughts, try replacing them with positive mantras.
